Bagel with Avocado

I love, love, love Avocado!! So one of my favourite breakfast or lunch option is a bagel with avocado. I make them a lot at home. I like to put on a boiled egg and some pepper and salt. You can also put some cream cheese underneath. It’s really up to you what you like to eat with avocado, so add some of your delicious ideas.  It’s a really easy recipe, perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. I personally perfer to eat it during lunchtime.

  • One High Protein Bagel 
  • One Avocado
  • Some pepper and Salt 
  • One boiled egg (preferbly a soft boiled egg)
